In accordance with the Society’s Memorandum of Association and the Rules and Regulations, the management of the affairs of the society and the school is entrusted to a governing council styled as the Board of Governors( BOG).

The BOG comprises twelve members, one of whom is nominated by the British Council. The other members are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting of the Society. The office-bearers of the BOG, that is Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, are also selected annually by members of the BOG.
